The Main hub is in Clark with the creation of the New Clark City Sports Village. The secondary Hub is in Subic Bay Freeport Zone with the Tertiary Hub in Metro Manila/ nearby areas.
There will be 56 sports, with an estimated 8,750 athletes and team officials; 2,050 technical officials, 1,500 press and media attendees; 12,000 volunteers; targeting more than 500 million viewers; synergizing, converging, cooperating for ONE sporting experience of a lifetime!
Hectares of Land in Capas, Tarlac Northern Philippines have been dedicated to include all-new Athletic Stadium, Aquatic Center and Athletes Village, in time for the Games in 2019.

1. TRAININGS & SEMINARS - HARP conducts trainings and seminars about Customer Service, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Marketing Techniques, Sustainability, Ethics, Legislation and more. General Membership Meetings happens every 3rd Wednesday of each month.

GOOD BUSINESS – Since HARP is pushing itself to be the One-Stop Organization in Pampanga, Group Booking Requests from different associations outside Pampanga are forwarded to HARP and then distributed to HARP members. Also, HARP’s monthly meetings are done in different establishments (hotels/ restaurants) of HARP members.
3. PROMOTION - HARP regularly goes outbound to different parts of the Philippines (like Davao, Palawan, Baguio & etc.) and outside the country (Malaysia, Thailand & etc.) to promote the Hotels and Restaurants in Pampanga. All members will also be included in the HARP Directory given to stakeholders.
4. AIRPORT VISIBILITY - HARP has its own booth at the Arrival area of Clark International Airport. All members may put their brochures and promo collaterals in the HARP booth. Also, the association assists in the emergency diverted flights in Clark Airport.
5. SAFETY & SECURITY - Strong working relationship with Local Government and Local Police. HARP invites law enforcement personnel as guest speakers to give briefings on terrorist procedures, drug enforcement and tourist safety.
6. ACCREDITATION - HARP is an active partner of the Department of Tourism Region 3, is also active in the different activities of DOT – North Philippines Expo, Familiarization Tour, Trainings & Seminars and more. There is a bigger chance to be accredited by DOT if you are a member of HARP.
7. INTER-ORGANIZATION - HARP is affiliated with other Tourism Sectors, Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Philippines (HRAP), Pampanga Agents Travel Society (PATS) and Association of Tour and Travel Agencies of Pampanga (ATTAP). We work together to develop a common objective of increasing inbound tourists.
8. SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY – HARP is your company’s way to contribute to the society. It also doing outreach programs and events geared toward improving the standards of the Hotels and Restaurants in Pampanga.
