We, who are engaged in the hotel and restaurant industry in the province of Pampanga, fully conscious of our responsibilities in the economic and social progress of our country, and the important roles we play in the promotion and development of tourism in the Philippines and in Pampanga in particular, in cooperation with other instrumentalities involved in the industry; We, are the Hotels And Restaurants Association of Pampanga, Inc.

HARP mandates are to protect the interest of every member, working hand in hand with tourism government agencies and other tourism organizations to enhance the industry in the region, and develop skills of the manpower for the industry.
